		<description>Hi Mark,

Great thing your doing running the marathon.
I ran Last years with the Charity Diabetes UK (i am a diabetic myself) and it was the most rewarding day of my life. It is an amazing experience, and even though it is Gruling, and at times you think it&#039;s never going to end, somehow you get through it. The support is fantastic. Make sure you have your name on your shirt, as it is really encouraging when the crowd are willing you on and shouting your name.
I bumped into Ross Jefferies at the Mobile News Awards on Thursday night, but missed you, i expect you went for an early night (Not!!!)

Anyway, just thought i&#039;d say Good Luck and enjoy the day. I&#039;m giving it a rest this year, but will be back doing it again next year, as after the initial pain for the week after the marathon, something makes you want to do it again!!!

Speak soon mate, Good Luck
